24/7 Emergency Services

Leaks, downed trees, and other emergencies don’t only occur during business hours. At Premier Property Management, we understand that and offer a 24/7 emergency services call line for each of our community management properties to meet emergency needs. Our 24/7 emergency services are just another part of how we go above and beyond for every one of our communities.

What Emergencies Are Included?

At the start of our relationship with your Association, we will work with your Executive Board to develop a list of emergencies. The cell phone number for our emergency services line will also be placed in the voicemail recording on your property, so residents in need can gain immediate access. Some of the common emergencies that Boards define include:

  • Major water leak—Shut off the water valve at the property or any other water valves leading to the leak, call the 24/7 emergency services line
  • Natural disasters that caused damage—Call 911 if additional response is needed, call the 24/7 emergency services line.

An Immediate Response

If you need to call our emergency services line, you will receive an immediate response from one of our staff. We maintain a list of qualified response technicians, who are experts in a variety of technical fields so that we can immediately dispatch the proper person for the job. We want your property to be safe and sanitary around the clock, so we never take our time responding to emergency calls.

Proactive Maintenance to Prevent Emergencies

While some emergencies cannot be anticipated, PPM includes a maintenance evaluation and preventative maintenance plan in our management services . Many costly emergency repairs could be taken care of inexpensively, months in advance, during preventative maintenance. Skilled preventative maintenance is the key to keeping costs down and ensuring that emergencies are few and far between.
